100 year old brick + brand new state-of-the art fiberglass windows with high-performance glass + reclaimed barn wood trim = 100% COOL!

Joseph gets help from Jacob and Carmen installing the IKEA kitchen cabinets.
The upstairs is white, clean and bright with good views and is FOR RENT.
Well, you don't need to know what this said. . . soon to be obliterated by orange.

Exciting Day: Dave and Joe from D&D Builders try to figure out how to install windows into 103-year old openings. I literally jumped for joy when I saw the first ALPEN fiberglass window in place!
And then I found a cleverly placed star right inside the front door.
The guy from Duct Works said these are some of the dirtiest ducts he has ever seen. . . that's why I had forced air. At least they will be clean when he is done.
